Lisa has over 20 years’ experience advising and supporting owner managed businesses at all stages of their business lifecycle, as well as leading countless audits over this time. Her clients range from smaller entrepreneurial businesses to multi-million-pound group structures; they operate across a range of sectors, including house building, manufacturing, retail and property investment groups.

The advice she can provide ranges from helping them to realise their growth plans through forecasting and fundraising, to support with acquisitions, in addition to ultimately securing their exit strategies through MBOs and market sales.

Whilst a lot of Lisa’s free time is taken up looking after her two children, there is still a little space to enjoy eating out, music festivals, trips to the theatre and spending time with her friends.

At Ford Campbell Freedman Dale, spends the majority of his time working with owner managed businesses and, as a result, has an in-depth knowledge of their day-to-day businesses needs and requirements. Dale spends the remainder of his time advising businesses on transactions including acquisitions, disposals and MBO’s.

Away from the office, Dale has a busy young family and enjoys spending quality time with them. He also enjoys going to and watching sporting events when time permits.

Nadine has been advising on complex tax matters for over 25 years. Having trained with the Big 4 and spending most of her career in Big 4 or Top 10 firms, she has advised some of the UK’s wealthiest entrepreneurs and families.

Her focus is Private Client Tax, but for Entrepreneurs this covers a wide range of issues also involving their company, such as profit extraction, succession including employee share schemes and buy side/sale side advisory. For wealthy families, this advice often includes inheritance tax efficient structures such as Trusts or family investment companies. She has many years experience advising international clients, covering complex offshore trust arrangements, or just helping people navigate the extensive rules of UK non-residents and UK non-domiciles.

She is a Chartered Tax Adviser and Associate of the ICAEW. When her head is not stuck in tax legislation, she spends time in the great outdoors with her family and pampered dog.

David is a qualified Chartered Tax Advisor with over 25 years’ experience. He joined Ford Campbell Freedman in 2009, having moved from a national practice, and has never looked back. David has considerable experience in advising owner managed businesses on a wide range of tax issues, including tax planning and corporate transactions and is also responsible for the firm’s corporation tax compliance offering. In his spare time, David enjoys running and exercising, watching football and socialising with his family and friends.

Tim has over 20 years’ experience across a wide range of disciplines within the accountancy profession.

After training at a small general practice in Leeds he spent a number of years at a big four audit practice, before moving back into general practice.

Tim is a fellow of the ICAEW and has extensive experience in business advisory, financial reporting, audit, corporate tax, personal tax and trust tax.

Outside work Tim has three young children and, in what little spare time is left, likes nothing more than heading for the hills on his bicycle.

Stacey started her career at a top 20 firm, where she developed her wealth of knowledge in working with owner managed businesses. She manages the Business Services team and has been with Ford Campbell Freedman for over 10 years. There is very little she hasn’t seen, from specialising in charity accounting to complex company secretarial assignments.

Away from work, Stacey loves spending time with her family and their dog, going on camping trips and days out.

Harry has over 9 years’ experience working within the accounting industry and has developed a broad range of skills, specialising in cloud accounting.

He is passionate about working with clients, looking at ways of growing their businesses with the use of cloud technology and gaining an understanding of their real time accounting data.

In his spare time, Harry is juggling life with toddler twins and supporting Liverpool on their current successes, as well as being a keen coffee enthusiast!

Lorna has over 25 years experience working for independent firms, where she gained a wide breadth of skills and technical knowledge in all areas of accountancy, with a focus on personal and trust tax services and advisory work. She is a fellow of the ICAEW and a STEP member.

She enjoys using this experience to provide clients with a service which ensures that managing their tax affairs is as straight forward and stress free as possible.

Away from Ford Campbell Freedman, Lorna loves socialising with family and friends, travelling and live music, especially outdoor festivals and concerts.
